Lateral Spring Stiffness (lbs/in)

I am using PYWALL to do some designs but i want to accurately input Lateral spring stiffness (lbs/in). I think when i account for soil pile interaction, i can take advantage of this and my pile deflections, moments, can be reduced.

Do you know how to input lateral stiffness for soil or rock passive resistance in LPILE?
