I have 6 semi-detached properties that are constructed at joist level by I-Joists, they are hung on restraint joist hangers there are no lateral restraint straps I am of the opinion that the floor itself will be ample lateral restraint in itself, has anyone any constructive comments please.

I have 6 semi-detached properties...
What is semi-detached?

...they are hung on restraint joist hangers.....
I don't know what a restraint joist hanger is.

...there are no lateral restraint straps I am of the opinion that the floor itself will be ample lateral restraint in itself..
Do you mean straps tying the diaphragm together? Do you mean the floor sheathing will act as a strap?

Provide a framing plan to get better responses.
