I am trying to simulate laser forming using ansys. My problem is as to how i can apply gaussian heat flux on a set of nodes and do the coupled field transient thermo-sturct analysis so that i can measure and save the deflections after each pass of the heat source automatically. If someone has done loops of similar kind in welding it would be of great help
