The consumption is divided to different ways, like Gas consumption and cutting price for leaner meter.

Sure, but that's just a re-distribution of the quantities I cited. I would expect some jobs to include a setup charge to load in the cutting program and some amount of time to verify correctness, and test/inspect the articles afterwards.
