Largest available diameter in seamless construction

Is it possible to get seamless pipe and wrought fittings (elbows/tee's) up to 42" ? We normally only concede use of welded pipe/fittings in our tankage areas for raw and finished products where systems are rated to 150#. This area is not classified as sour service. Now our process designers have come up with a 42" overhead line that is to be used in our process area in a service where we have the risk of sour gas. Now i'm worried about the use of welded, non-NACE specified components in this new service. If i could get seamless in this size, then i wouldn't necessarily have to specify NACE would i ??

Firstly, you won't get seamless pipe in that size unless it is a forging or similar. Secondly, if you have H2S then you need to study ISO 15156 if you are upstream, or NACE MR0103 if you are downstream, and determine what restrictions need to be placed on the material.
