Large size rectangular silicon wafers?

Hello,

Does anyone know a supplier of large size rectangular silicon wafers?
Required dimension is 360x270mm, and a preferred thickness is between 0.5mm and 2mm.

if you do not need single crystal silicon, try mvsystems inc in colorado, they make large area amorphous silicon
