Hey all,

I currently modelling a low braced frame structure in ETABS with simply supported beams and steel decking. Under seismic loading in the x and y directions, the building behaves as expected, with reasonable deflections. However, when I look at deflections in either direction with eccentricity of 10% I get wild deflections (1m or more) in strange locations around the outside of the structure. The rest of the structure behaves as you would expect; slightly larger deflections overall caused by the eccentricity.

Has anyone experienced similar problems and worked out a solution?
