Large Assembly Crashing HELP!!!

New here, good to read the past posts!

I have a problem with SW2006 SP3.4 crashes with one of my large assemblies (22MB). I have other larger assemblies up to 56MB that open fine. It appears that the majority of the assembly loads, but crashes near the end. It actually ends SW and has to be restarted. I have run the SW diags to no avail. I have individually opened the subassemblies and they appear fine. Are there any suggestions? I am in a very active manufactring enviro and have already rebuilt this assembly twice.

If you run pdmworks turn off your addin then load the assembly. i have large assemblies that are around 130mb and i turn off pdm and the asm loads fine.
