I am trying to learn how to use MATHCAD to solve Laplace Transforms.

For example: Given D^2y=4y as the equation and y = 0 at t=0

However there is a condition that Dy=8 when t=0.

Manually, I get L(y)=8/s^2-4

Is there a way I can check my results using MATHCAD?

Hi,

I think you could write the differential equation in Mathcad and use the solve capability. I've done this before, but it's been a while.

Good luck.
