Lagoon study cost?

Would any of the engineers on here happen to know (ball park figure)what it would cost to do a operation type study on a 2 lagoon system? Small municipal facultive, 1.5 acre primary pond, @3 acre storage pond. What I need is some type of study that would basically confirm what I may and may not already know, officially. Pacific Northwest of the USA also.

well.........ok, how about another question. Can anyone tell me just what kind of professional or engineer I would be looking for to do this kind of study?

You probably would want a Civil Engineer; preferably one who has designed several lagoon systems.

I would estimate that if the person knew what he was doing, it would take 40-80 hours.
