Hi,
I need your help to prepare the list of laboratory equipements and tools for our new utilies.
N2 liquid,industrrial water,cooling water,demin water,Boiler feed water,potable water
Kind regards.

You belong to professional societies? You attend technical conferences?
You start by making a list of the things that you need to test for, and what methods are covered in the specifications that tell you how to do it.
The at meetings you talk to people about what they use and like/dislike.
And then you talk to the vendors in the exhibits that go along with the conferences and see what they have to offer.
If you can't do this from where you are then you may need to hire a consulting firm to assist you with this.
This isn't fast or easy. And you are stuck with these choices for decades.

And good luck getting a representative sample of "steam"....

Why and what are you testing for is the first question only you can answer.

Or let the suppliers do it and send you test results.

Or employ a professional chemist or outsource it to a testing company. Who will ask you the same question.

Remember - More details = better answers
Also: If you get a response it's polite to respond to it.

And remember that how you get your samples is a big part of this.
I was working with a power plant and they were talking about the conductivity of the condensate.
I asked how they degassed the samples and got a blank stare ....

Hi
Does anyone have worked in a laboratory who has experience with this area
1/Steam :I was talking about online analysis if it is possible and what are the parameters to respect.
2/liquid nitrogen:a purity of 99.9% is required for purges
3/water: there is a whole list of specs to check and the purchase of a rarely used material does not justify this expenditure of money.
I would like to know important things to test and the best methods.
Kind regards

@BZLAM21
Lab depends on test methods, not vice versa. Process lab control plan and outsourcing plan should be done first. Do you have those?

There is only a small chance the way you have chosen will help you to obtain such info. You should provide a lot of details related these off-site facilities to be able to start searching for equivalent units in the past.
