Labor Rates

I am trying to assist a client (owner) by reviewing the contractor's labor rates. A lot of the work is electrical and piping. I'm a structural guy and was hoping to get a little help from the group. Besides RSMeans, are there any other standards I can look to to verify the labor rates? Thanks for your help.
