Just to clear my doubts
I have some data
For HC liquid
Liq vol flow @ std condition is 8000 bpd
Actual volume flow is 9000 bpd 192.168.l.l
For vapor routerlogin
Std gas flow is 180000 STD-m3/hr 192.168.1.1
Actual volume flow 12000 m3/hr
Why actual volume flow of hc liquid is more than at std conditions
And why std gas flow is more than actual volume flow?
Also help fo explain difference in std gas flow and std liquid flow.
Thank you

khkjh

"Standard conditions" refer to a defined temperature and pressure at which physical properties can be measured and/or calculated. Differences between standard and actual flow rates are usually because the density of the fluid is markedly different at the two different temperature and pressure combinations. For example, a common standard temperature and pressure pair in the US is 68°F and 14.7 psia but the operating pressure and temperature of the process could be anything else.

The definition of standard conditions changes based on context, see
