Looking at the date of the initial post of this question, I don't know if this information will help. But I will respond anyway.
You can import your jpeg, png and other graphicsinto a style feature by using trace sketch from the pull down menu under styling. You select the datum plane you want the image to be placed on and a dialog box openswhere you select the graphic you want to import. You can then sketch a datum curve, using your graphic as a visual reference. You will not be able to copy edges from your image, it is only a visual reference. You can either sketch your datum curvesin the style feature, or you can sketchthem outside of your style feature. One thing to note is that you should place some dimensions on your "tracing" sketched datum curve as you work. This will help keep your sketch in it's desired location. It is not uncommon for your sketch to become unstable. Another tip is to exit out of your curve and save your work as you go, just as you would if you were building features. This will help protect your progress in your datum sketch.
