Journal to add Attribute to all parts of an assembly file

Hi
I am a new to journaling.
I am looking for a journal to add an attribute e.g " PART_TITLE" (and also the value) to all files in an assembly.

I have looked at some journals but I cannot seem to find the right one. I am a new to journaling.

It would be great if it prompted for the value for each file.
Or that it just input the attribute and value to all files in the assembly
