Joints Between Panels of Concrete Slurry Walls

I am looking for recommended details of joints between individuals panels of concrete slurry walls.
The project involves 150 ft deep, 60 ft diameter shaft. Concrete slurry wall is one of the contemplated options. However joint integrity and prevention of groundwater from leaking into the shaft is a major concern. Any suggestions are welcome.

Will you be pressure grouting with cement on the outside (soil) side of the circular wall to seal it ?
I do not know of any way to get a waterbar type seal reliably installed between the panels.

Presence of ground water on the soil side of concrete panels (approx. 80 ft abpve the bottom of the shaft). is the cause of our concern. We are considering using CWS (Couffrage avec waterstop) jonts patented by Bachy Soletanche. However, I am not aware of any recent applications of CWS in the US.
Ground freezing seems like another option, but that requires extensive instrumentation for refrigeration piping, and owner is reluctant to accept it.
