Hello

My doubt is about which kind of conection and structures are usually to the join of rafter-column ? and If Could you refer me a some documents or books about it?

If you are only talking about two members here, them you will be looking at a moment connection. Otherwise the structure is unstable (unless there is a moment connection at the base of the column, where it could be stable).

Also, since this is a tank, there may be a ring beam in the mix here to stabilize the connection.
