Have seen a number of articles about Trane - especially since the anniversary of his death was not too long ago . . . the following link is a nice article - and it has a phrenetic version of My Favourite Things - unlike from his album of the same title.

Granted, the late Coltrain is anything but easy to listen

 
Have you tried Franklin Kiermeyer? He has an album out "Further" .. . what I call controlled chaos . . .
