whent from cars too to plastic terminals injection molding I just run the parts now but looking to advance bye learning to adjust the machine too stop perosity & no fill and sticking to the plate the machine is a transfer you add the plastic by cups .. trying not to look dum ... all i know this far is speed preasure and heat all work together... help

Have you tried reading the raw materials and machine suppliers technical manuals. They are a wealth of information, and I doubt anyone here is prepared to write a text book and publish it here as a response to your question.
