JEDEC nine-resistor DELPHI component thermal models

Anyone out there know what component manufacturers will provide the JEDEC nine-resistor DELPHI thermal models for their electrical components rather than just the rough two-resistance thermal models consisting of only Θ_JCtop and Θ_JB?
