Java error (Invocation Target Exception)

Hello All,I want to install NX 8.5 in my laptop.
But when I am starting to install the License Server is is giving me FATAL APPLICATION ERROR which says " The application has Unexpectdly Quit.Invocation Of java application has caused an INVOCATION TARGET
EXCEPETION.The application will now exit(LAX).I am not able to understand What has happned.

However I have installed Java and environment variable are set (Attachment).
I have a 64 bit HP i5 laptop.
I have tried -> R.Click on SPLM-> Properties->Compatability also.But its not working.
Please please someone help me out in this issue.
