Could anyone help me find the specification sheets of a Japanese steel grade called SM41B?

Is there any website where one could just go and look up Unassigned ASME material?

I would appreciate the assistance.

Kind regards,

SM41B is the former name of SM400B per G 3106.
This is a weldable structural steel . Carbon content is below 0.20%.

SM41B crosslists to the European standards EN10025/S235J0(1.0114). It appears to be a low carbon structural steel similar to ASTM A36 except with a minimum toughness requirement of 25 J (Charpy test).
JIS ASTM EN

(*)minmum Charpy requirement 25J

The cross-listing of steels at the following site doesn’t list SM41B; perhap it’s been replaced by G3106?

JIS G3106 Rolled steel for welded structure
EN 10025-90 Hot-rolled products of non-alloy structural steels-Technical delivery conditions

There’s a mention of some SM41B fatigue properties (from Trinity College in Ireland) at
