We currently use a 3 wire power cord for a pendant control (24 VDC, 15 mA). It's got a rubber jacket. I'd like to find a jacket material that is more "cut" resistant. I like the flexibility of rubber. Any suggestions for another material to try? It's used indoors and outdoors, in oily and wet environments. I'm not concerned about having a UL rating.

Jacket material recommendations for pendant cord

The field telephone cable -D10-is a flexible cable very resistent due the nylon jacket, [but it is still not as flexible as an usual pendant cord].See:

Cover the rubber jacket with wire braid? McMaster-carr has stainless wire braid for wire jacketing (search their site using the italicized words)...
