I've lost my "Rotate view down" function on my down arrow key. Can I get it back?

For some reason my down arrow key will not rotate the part toward me anymore. The options screen has it set for 15° increment rotations, and the Right,UP, and Left keys work fine. Do you know if I can reset it somehow? I've gone to the customize keyboard, but don't see any listing for rotate view down that I could reset it to.

Try restarting the PC, but it sounds more like a bad keyboard to me. Try a different keyboard if rebooting doesn't fix it.

The reboot didn't help. I don't have another keyboard handy, but I can rotate the model, at 90° increments, using the shift+down arrow key combo. It just doesn't work for the non-shift key.
Any other suggestions?
