IT Rates?

We have hired an independent IT person to take care of our computer installations, problems, server needs, etc. on a part time basis. How do you all handle your in-house computer needs and do you have a full time employee or part-time? What kind of hourly rates do you pay?

I am the only one in the office. My kids and their friends are my IT help, or the local computer repair store.
