Issue opening solidworks 2011

I have a remote licence to run solidworks from my university department and have downloaded the files and installed them all. But when I click on the any of the icons that are supposed to start the programme up, nothing happens. Can anybody help me?

Thank you for your unhelpful and extremely rude response. I
do have my own version of Solidworks - it is liensed from
my University department, to whom I pay significant amounts
of money in tuition fees each year. I suggest that if you
can't respond helpfully (or politely), it would be better
for you not to respond at all.
