I have a bearing journal that has an outdated process standard. The NVH Engineers have identified the critcal frequencies 6-250 upr and 300-390 upr. My customer is using different equipment than I am. I use a Zeiss Roundcom with a stand alone harmonic package (Omniround) and my customer is using a Mahr Federal. My customer and i have good correlation on the lower harmonic spec but we are nowhere close on the higher frequency.

My questions are as follows:

Is there an ISO standard for probe radius and machine parameters?
Is there any way to master the fourier analysis on either machine?

Thanks, in advance, for any help.
