We currently used en10025 s275jr ISO 15608 group number 1.1 on our storage tanks. But at the moment we dont have any specific WPS for this unassigned material. We do have a wps for SA283 GR C which have the same ISO 15608 group number as EN10025 S275JR which is 1.1. Can i just use this ISO group number as a justification so that i can use SA 283 wps for this purpose.

You are correct that SA283 GR C and EN10025 S275JR are both Group 1.1 as per ISO 15608 but that has no relevance to ASME IX.
EN10025 S275JR has not been assigned a P number so therefore it is classed as "Un-assigned" and requires a new WPS / PQR,

DD

Thank you. That is what i thought. I just need some clarification as someone just mention about the ISO number.
