ISO 15138 Flanges

Looking for information on flange requirements for fans on offshore oil platforms. Is there anything in Annex F of ISO 15138 that would justify buying the standard, or does 15138 just invoke the requirements of some other standard?

ISO 15138 Annex F provides bolt location details for circular and rectangular flanges. It does not reference other standards. It is itself the definitive standard.

For example: for circular flanges, for each nominal duct size from 100 mm to 1400 mm, Table F.1 provides the Bolt circle diameter, Flange (flat bar) dimensions, Bolt hole size, Bolt size and Number of bolts. Figure F.1 shows that the bolts are spaced equally around the circumference.
