Could anyone proivde the ISA symbol for local annunciator in field. I need to specify in P & ID for local alarm and indication.

A local instrument is a round bubble. A local panel instrument has a double line through the middle for the indication. If it is just a light, not acutally an annunciator with horn, flasher, etc. it is common to have an open bubble with a dash outside each corner.

See ISA 5.1.

I'd prefer to use two adjacent bubbles. Of course, the beginning of the tag is the letter representing the primary variable measured or sensed. For example, if it alarms on high temperature, I'd use "TAH" and "TI" bubbles adjacent to each other to show the two instruments in a common housing.

How can I show horn and flasher (every thing in a single instrument).

You don't show the alarm details on the P&ID.
