Is this from SolidWorks Cad or some other cad?

I'm trying to figure out what CAD program this came from but I have no idea. I suspect SolidWorks given the fancy measurements in the rendering, but the images online from SolidWorks don't look like this. Can't figure it out.

I would have to say its definately solidworks based on the fact that the blue line with green dots on either side and measurements looks exactly like SW "Measure" tool. And its probably a screenshot rather than a rendering considering the XYZ triad at the bottom and measurements still showing.
 
I agree with Shane Kozlowski. The triad is close to what Solid works has.
