Currently we are putting notes by below method
1. We have standard notes document which contains all notes for machining, casting, plastic notes with their note number like 110
2. Same notes will be in note pad with their note number 105, 110, etc
3. Engineer will specify the note number in change request accordingly we will select notes in nx 8.5
Note-> enter note serial number -> import/Export -> Insert text fom file -> will select suitable number, note pad named by the standard number
I am looking to avoid entering notes in the note pad instead notes should directly pull from the word document.
Also provision in drafting to enter standard note number so it directly pull from the database instead of each time going and selecting the notes from the folder.
