Is there a way to load multiple files into session?

I am changing a lot of part numbers and need the parts along with the associated drawings and assemblies loaded into the session, so that everything will update when I perform "Rename". It is time consuming to pick the files individually to open. So, is there a way to pick multiple files, such as using the control or shift key, and have them loaded into session?
