Is there a standard out there for inconel hex nuts?

I need a hex nut for temeratures over 1000 degf. NASM21043 is for ranges up to 800 degf, are there any standards for hex nut over 100 degf, say inconel or other materials?

There are a few different fastener material choices for temperatures above 1000degF. There are standard aerospace fasteners available in 718 Inconel or Waspalloy. Take a look at the websites for SPS or Alcoa for documentation.

Thank you both, this is a great, are there standards for regular hight temperature nuts (not self-locking) too?

I am not aware of any free spinning Inconel nut standards. The parts are primarily used in aerospace and all those nuts are locking design. Depending on how many parts you need, you could just contract with a machine shop to turn some nuts to the ASTM standard hex pattern out of some Inco 718. If you need a lot of them, you should be able to contact one of the aerospace nut makers and have them run some free spinning nuts; but don't expect to see them for about a year (especially from SPS).

My experience is essentially the same as Screwman1. I don't believe there are any standards for regular hexagon nuts manufactured out of Alloy 718 or Waspaloy. ASTM F467 has a number of non-ferrous alloys, such as Alloy 625, but no 718 or Waspaloy. You might try some smaller companies like Vegas Fastener Manufacturing or United Titanium to see what they can offer:
