Jun 24, 2008 #21 oneintheeye Structural Joined Nov 20, 2007 Messages 440 Location GB just as a note for slabs positions close to a free edge (e.g smaller slabs in particular) no temp. shrinkage rebar is required since there will not be enough shrinkage strain developed i.e. over the tensile strain of concrete.
