Is it Recomended to provide Column Supported roof for Bitumen storage tank?

If there are no special requirements otherwise, the most economical roof will be used. For tanks over 40' diameter or so, that will be a column supported roof. That may vary depending on local material and labor costs and preferences.

Yes, ... always provide a Column Supported roof for any tank storing Bitumen ..... Also, always paint the tank brown ....
