Is IGC test is required for SA 312 Typ 304 L material

Hello Expert,
Following are the situation,
Material, SA 312 Typ 304 L (Carbon content is >= 0.03 %)
Joining process :- Welding by GTAW process
Service Temprature -90 Degree (MAximum)
Pressure - 7kg/cm2 (maximum)

Service fluid :- Water,

Is IGC Test ( ASTM 262) is required to be carried out ?

As per my understanding, it is not required.

You please give your advice

Required for which purpose? What is you concern?
As per the ASTM standard, A262 is usually performed on A312 (TP304L) stainless steel pipe, but it is not required per default by spec.

And do you have a max. temperature of -90 °C? Dont you have frozen water? What is the minimum service temperature?
