Is anyone familar with a program

Is anyone familar with a program that will create cutting plane lines? It should include a selection of arrowheads and options for labeling.

2D or 3D use? What types of arrow heads? Why don't
you just make 2 generic attributed block (mirror-image
of each other? Upon insertion, just fill-up the
appropriate label you want. A lisp routine would be
nice if you can make one.
