Hi All, I need to know and or have the standard that are related with the involuted splined hub .
I' need info about the following standard related to splined shaft and hub as used in clutches in cars .
Particularly this ones:
ASA 24/48
NFE 22-144
B18-1157
01.33 001/F
I need to draw its, I have the diameters, spline qty, etc.; but I have not the splines profiles.
Maybe you can send me where I can get this norms.
Best regards

Have a look in " Machinery's Handbook " from Industrial Press Inc.
My old 24th Edition has 30 pages on involute splines.

I am wondering you use any diametral pitch (DP) value when designing a shaft and hub involute spline system based on the ANSI B92.1 - 1996 standard. If so, how do yo calculate the machining tolerance and permissible effective variation when using a DP value that is not defined in the standard.

Hi Vaslava , I did not machine any one hub , I was only looking for a way to draw it to make a device.
Tolerance was not a problem for my task.
I cut it by laser.
