Anyone know anything about this company Invenergy, out of I think Chicago?

They have offered us 25 year lease on 125 acre farm to install solar panels to tie into local power company grid......

I've worked with them before - they are definitely a legitimate outfit with a lot of investments in wind and solar in the US and Canada. They may be a utility spin-off (Comm Ed?), but I'm not sure.

125 acres is a lot of PV.
