To All,

How are the work planes, in a assembly, turned off through ALL uses in other assemblies?

for instance, you make a pressure vessel, valves, and piping and make a sub-assembly of these parts. You use work planes to place the valves and piping.

when completed, you turn off planes. now you take this sub-assembly and place it in another assembly - the work planes are now on and visible, WHY

thanks,

If the workplanes live in the part, they have to be turned off in the part.

when you have the plane created as a feature in an assembly.

In my experience, this happens when you have the plane created as a feature
in an assembly, not in a part, and yes, sometimes no matter you have the
visibility turned off on your assembly, the plane/axis will appear on
further assemblies where you use it. Honestly, at present date I haven't
found the solution for that and I would like to have it.

Such is life.
