There were some MAJOR issues with R10 and different graphics cards, specifically Nvidia. You need to install the 6722 driver. (download from Nvidia or Autodesk)
Provide some more system specs so we can get a better idea of your problems....And / Or visit the Autodesk site for all the updates, and problem areas that have been fixed.
From everything I have read, MOST problems are associated with the graphics drivers. They must have made some major changes with how it handles that.
