Hi,

I was wondering if any one of you have pdfs of International Plumbing Code?

Thanks

Here locally, the public libraries have whatever version of the building codes are required by the city in which the library is located.

As Mike noted, those are covered by copyright. The electronic versions are locked and typically can only be opened on a single computer unless you have network licensing.

Thank you everyone for response. Looks like I have to buy it anyway.

Yes, they are all copywrtiien (copyrighted?). And if anyone was to scan a code in and send it to other people, that original person who purchased it could be held in violation of copyright laws.

Suggestion: If you're going to be updating code books as they come out (which I'm assuming you will), as well as buy other references from the website, it may be in your best interest to sign up for an ICC membership. It's $100 for a membership, which you could save easily on the codes and other references. Then again, my company pays for my membership, so they really benefit from it.

As a reminder - a copyright violation can be $100,000 per instance.

Next time you are in Kinko's read one of their signs.
