Does anyone have a reasonable phe angle to use for broken concrete rubble? The rubble measures about 6"-7" think and is broken into pieces about 1-2 foot square. The material is being used as a fill material between two parallel bulkheads to form an offshore breakwater. The complete structure is 8-feet in height above the mud line and 15-feet in width. The two parallel wall will be tied together to contain the concrete rubble and form an offshore breakwater.

I use 40 to 45 degrees for broken stone and I would consider this similar.
