Interface and cold face temperature formula

Materials

Sorry, I do not have my notes handy after a recent move. I need the formula for generating interface and cold face temperatures of a refractory wall from hot face, ambient and layer thermal conductivity data.

Also, any input on applying it to pipes, where the surface is no longer flat will help.
