Integrated Circuit St microelectronics reference erased

Hello
can someone tell me which is the reference of an integrated circuit ST with these data:
14 pins.

pin 3 VDC (+ 12V)
pin 12 GND
I think these are:
pin 1 output of an oscillator
pin 13 rising edge pulse oscillator (not duration)
pin 14 of the trailing edge pulse oscillator ""
and the rest of the pins to resistors and capacitors.

The board manufacturer has deleted the reference.

The IC has had its PN scratched off?

Other clues, like the overall function of the circuit board, and the relationship of the IC to the overall card, are what might help crack this mystery.

Reverse engineering I do as part of my job. I charge 60 Euro/hour. Just send the circuit to me.
Or perhaps you'd better do your own research? It's tedious, I know, but at least you know it's an ST part.

The board is the transmitter of a photoelectric barrier with 3x16 emmiters LEDs.
The oscillator ST ?? is the oscillator to 3x CD4017.
Is not a PLD, it is similar to : NE555+CD4098
It is broken and I need the reference to replace it.

That looks like a standard light curtain, like the ones that are used for safety in presses (to prevent the operator from cutting fingers or hands)and similar applications. There are many modern devices to replace the faulty one with. It looks very old, the IC seems to be from the seventies or eighties.

If it is a safety device and you tamper with it, you will be in deep shit if an accident happens. Even if you done everything right. Stay out.

Yes, the ST website has a search function but I can´t find it.
