Assuming the job is as per ASME section VIII Div 1, Ultrasonic testing is to be done(refer to UF). If the job is for Low temperature and the material is ferritic then additional MPI to be done (Refer to UG93).
Additionally Ovality and thickness are required to be carried out. ovality shall be less than 1% and thickness more than specified design thickness. If the ovality is more than 1% then working pressure shall be modified.
Material should have been tested to SA material spec.
