How is sloshing accounted for in Pressure Vessels Seismic Considerations?

Does ASME VIII cover it directly?

ASME Section VIII only has rules for the allowable stresses under seismic loads. The actual loads have to come from the local building code rules.

ASCE Guidelines for Seismic Evaluation and Design of Petrochemical Facilities and API 650 discuss the sloshing effects in Tanks. Those can also be used for pressure vessels if sloshing effects are significant.
