Insulrock was a roof deck panel system by Flintkote Products that was made of a portland cement slurry and excelsior (a curled wood fiber), formed into planks and mounted in a system of "T" subpurlins. The whole system was similar to Tectum.

I think Insulrock was sold to another company and there's a chance it can still be purchased; however, Tectum should suffice if you need replacement panels.
