Insulation "130R" and "25RP"means?

I have a data sheet stating the insulation as 130R. What does this means? is it 130 times R-value or the R-value is 130? The insulation material probably be rockwool. How about "P"? I'm not very familiar with this terminology

Can anyone clears this up for me? Thanks
